PV Elite is excited to launch its 2025 Off-Ice Hockey Conditioning Camp, designed specifically for U13, U15, and U18 athletes. With a sharp focus on speed development, explosive plyometrics, and elite-level conditioning, this high-intensity camp is built to give serious players the edge they need heading into the new season.
Held at the Morden Collegiate Institute track, each session is tailored to mimic the demands of today’s fast-paced game. Athletes will train with purpose in a competitive, supportive environment—pushing limits, building strength, and improving performance under the guidance of experienced performance coaches.

Group Size: Maximum of 8 athletes per age group
