The PV Elite PhilosophY

A program built for Pembina The Valley — to grow, to compete, and to give back.

PV Elite was born out of necessity — a response to the lack of structured, high-level training in our region. What started as a few guys on the ice has grown into a full-spectrum development system serving players across the Pembina Valley and beyond. Our mission is simple: raise the standard, invest in our community, and build something that outlives us.

Behind every session is a system — built with purpose, not guesswork. We care about details, consistency, and the kind of growth that lasts beyond one season. The same values we bring to the ice, we carry into how we lead, coach, and support the people who trust us to help shape their kids.

Growing the game

In May 2024, PV Elite traveled to Arctic Bay, Nunavut — one of Canada’s most remote communities — to run a hockey camp for local youth. The goal was simple: grow the game where it’s hardest to reach. From gear donations to skill sessions, this trip was about more than hockey — it was about creating access, building community, and showing that high-level development belongs to everyone. It’s a reflection of what PV Elite stands for: making the game better by making it available to everyone.

NEW!

Valley Hockey co.

WHO It Is

Valley Hockey Co. is a community-driven clothing brand built in the Pembina Valley for the people who live, play, and support hockey here. It exists to represent the culture, pride, and work ethic of the Valley — not as merch, but as identity. Every piece is designed to reflect where our athletes come from and the community that continues to support them.

WHY IT exists

PV Elite was created to bring opportunity to the Pembina Valley. Valley Hockey Co. extends that mission beyond the rink. The brand is being built with a clear purpose: to generate funds through apparel that can be reinvested directly into minor hockey systems within the Pembina Valley — and nowhere else. This is about keeping the game strong at the grassroots level and giving back to the community that made everything possible.

WHAT it Supports

Proceeds from Valley Hockey Co. are intended to support local minor hockey initiatives, helping improve access, development opportunities, and resources for young athletes across the Pembina Valley. As the brand grows, so does its impact — always local, always intentional, always rooted in home.
